Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to shipping)
  • Customized or special-order medical equipment
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Hygiene-related or consumable medical items

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo/video proof

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
